Testing a Twitter recipe

So last night saw my first attempt to try one of the recipes supposedly posted on Twitter (I’m not on Twitter, so I can’t say for sure). I decided on the chicken, since it seemed so simple. The recipe goes like this: “Curry Chicken Thighs: 2T Indian curry paste, 2T v oil, 2t ginger, 2t garlic. Brush over chkn thighs. Roast 425 for 20 to 25 min.” My first dilemma came early. It doesn’t say how much chicken the recipe is for. I used about a dozen boneless, skinless chicken thighs. I had to make another assumption for the recipe too. I used grated, fresh ginger and garlic, not the powdered form. I also used the barbecue instead of the oven. In the end, whether I actually made the recipe intended or not, it was quite delicious. Score one for Twitter recipes.

I want to try this one too!!!
I love curry chicken… I’m also a big butter chicken fan (indian styles)… can I start making requests for you to cook stuff??
